Dr. Thidanan Rattanatam graduated with a Doctor of Medicine degree with honors from Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital Mahidol University in Thailand. She started doing LASIK since 1997, the year that LASIK was first performed in Thailand at Ramathibodi Hospital. She is also fully trained in Cornea and refractive surgery fellowship from USA.

After coming back Dr. Thidanan has been working as an ophthalmologist specialized in cornea and laser vision correction since 2000, including LASIK PRK, as well as Presbyond / LBV (Laser Blended Vision) program to correct presbyopia or aging near vision.
Besides LASIK to correct eyesight, Dr. Thidanan also has experience in corneal transplant and stem cell transplantation.
ICL Certified Surgeon.
She is one of the ophthalmologists who received a full trained certified course from abroad.
After that, Dr. Thidanan used the knowledge and academics she had acquired to perform ICL surgery.
From the beginning ICL in Thailand was first done with ICL V4B model which had to shoot Yag Laser to expand the drainage hole in the eye before ICL implant surgery. The technology of ICL has been evolved rapidly. Up until now we use ICL V4C and V5 models which do not need Yag laser before the ICL implant anymore. Dr. Thidanan has had so long experiences with ICL that you can be confident with ICL implant by her.
Dr. Thidanan has performed a large number of surgeries to insert intraocular lenses, both shortsightedness ICL (Sphere ICL/ SICL ) and astigmatism ICL (Toric ICL/ TICL) before receiving the TICL 500 eyes award in year 2020.
In addition, Dr. Thidanan was also invited to the International ICL User Meeting held overseas. It is a global conference that invites ICL specialist ophthalmologists to meet together for the exchange of knowledge and the development of ICL lenses.
She is also a trainer of ICL Certified course for ophthalmologists in Thailand. Many ophthalmologists from different hospitals in Thailand joined the course to get certified. Some also visited to study and observe the ICL operations by Dr. Thidanan at ICL Center Vibhavadi.
Dr. Teerawee Hongyok
Dr. Teerawee is a doctor specialized in corrective eye surgery (PRK/ LASIK/ ReLex/ ICL), pterygium, cataract, corneal replacement surgery and corneal disease Currently, he is also a doctor specialized in using LBV (Laser Blended Vision) program to correct presbyopia.
Dr. Teerawee graduated with a bachelor’s degree in medicine First Class Honors from Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University. He received the highest score in the Basic Science Course in Ophthalmology exam while he was in a residency program. He was also elected as the chief of ophthalmology residents and received the Best Ophthalmology Resident Award from the Royal College of Ophthalmologists of Thailand
Currently he serves as an ophthalmologist at Rajavithi Hospital, teaching residents of ophthalmology and medical students College of Medicine Rangsit University. He is a consultant physician for cornea and refractive surgery at Queen Sirikit National Institute of Child Health, Advanced LASIK Center, Vibhavadi Hospital and many famous private hospitals
He was an assistant secretary of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists of Thailand in 2013-2014 to organize the first congress of ASEAN Ophthalmology Society (AOS) in Thailand.
